Bun Fun!

Spring is in the air and Easter is right around the corner.

This gave me the perfect opportunity to shop at one of my favorite stores. Come along for the "tour de World Market!

I always make a beeline to the chocolate bunnies.

Catching my attention right off was the collection of foiled bunnies.
Each cello bag was filled with a variety of eggs and bunnies.

Look at all those cubbies filled with Easter surprises!

Who could resist these little lambs?
Not me.

Duckies too!

Sunny Seeds are chocolate covered sunflower seeds.
The carrott containers are refillable.
They'd be ideal to refill for a future tablescape.

I have to mention how much I loved the retro themed carried throughout the entire Easter collection.

I've always been tempted to make these. Until I consider the labor it would take to create them.
Fortunately they were available in several beautiful ready-made  options.

These solid chocolate bunnies are perfect for embellishing!

Adorable Chicks...peeping in to say
HELLO!

Pastel eggs are so versatile.
They can be added to baked goods, decor, or packages for gifting.

How cute would these pasta bunnies be hopping around in my soup.

If you look closer...inside the bowl  there are 2 small bunny taper candle holders.
In place of tapers the holes could be filled with salt and pepper.  They can be sit at each guests place setting with a demitasse spoon.

Using those solid chocolate bunnies. Embellished with candied flowers and sprinkles.
Along with those cute pastel almond chocolate eggs.

The Easter basket was easily constructed with burlap, twigs, vines, from my yard and a few silk flowers and leaves.

A cellophane bag and a fluffy Easter bow will make this chocolate bunny basket a perfect Easter gift.

FRANKENSTEIN HALLOWEEN RICE KRISPIE TREATS

TIPS:
Hair~Dark chocolate Jimmies ( if black are difficult to locate)
Wilton~candy eyeballs
Rice Krispie Treats~ individually wrapped bars

When I recreate recipes that I've  discovered from fellow bloggers, I try to tweak the recipe to create shortcuts.
 Which helps when I
need to make multiple batches.
And anyone who has followed me for any length of time knows, I'm always creating through the easiest steps possible.
I enjoy the process of... boxing/bagging and decorating the packaging for each treat that I'm gifting.

BACK TO SCHOOL SUGAR WAFER PENCIL COOKIES

Aren't these sweet!
Either as a surprise for anyone's lunchbox or wrapped up for the teacher.

Rolo and chocolate pencil

candy pencil

Apple Oreos

Another  easy option would be a donut hole.
with the same dunking process.

This charming packaging captured my attention.

For easier transport I'd place  these mini pails and  into a cello bag.  Adding a school themed ribbon with a gift tag.

Such wonderful ideas from some talented fellow Bloggers.
